1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website of Panchakshari's Professional Academy (https://ppa.org.in/) and enrolling in our educational programs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Educational Services
PPA provides coaching and educational consultation for 11th & 12th Commerce, CA, CS, CMA, ACCA (UK), B.Com, BBA, and CLAT. While we strive to provide the highest quality of education, guided by our founder CA Yogesh Panchakshari and our experienced faculty, PPA does not guarantee passing results in professional board or university examinations. Student success is dependent on individual effort, attendance, and adherence to our academic curriculum.
3. Fees and Payment
PPA prides itself on transparent fees with no hidden charges. All tuition fees must be paid in accordance with the schedule provided at the time of admission. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of access to classes, test series, and study materials.
Refund Policy: All fees paid are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific course's enrollment agreement or mandated by applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on this site and distributed in classes, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and study materials, is the property of Panchakshari's Professional Academy or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the course materials without express written consent from PPA.
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline and decorum within the academy premises and in online classes. Any disruptive behavior, harassment of staff or fellow students, or damage to academy property may result in immediate expulsion without any refund of fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PPA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
